1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using SUUR's design services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

2. Design Services

SUUR provides design subscription services. Upon subscribing, you gain access to submit unlimited design requests according to your chosen plan. Designs are delivered within the timeframes specified in your plan.

3. Subscription Plans

Subscription plans are billed monthly. You may pause or cancel your subscription at any time. Pausing your subscription preserves your remaining billing cycle days for future use.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, all design deliverables become the property of the client. SUUR retains the right to showcase completed work in portfolios unless otherwise agreed upon.

5. Revisions

All subscription plans include unlimited revisions. Revisions must be related to the original design request. Significant scope changes may be treated as new requests.

Flat fee projects include unlimited revisions within the originally agreed scope. Significant scope changes may require a separate project.

Design Trial deliverables are scoped during the kickoff call. Changes to scope during the sprint will be discussed and agreed upon before proceeding.

6. Refund Policy

Due to the high-quality nature of the work produced, subscription refunds are not offered. You may pause or cancel your subscription at any time.

Flat fee projects are non-refundable once design work has begun. If we cannot deliver to your satisfaction, we will work with you to find a resolution.

7. Confidentiality

SUUR treats all client information as confidential. We will not share your project details, business information, or design materials with third parties without your consent.

8. Communication

Communication is handled asynchronously through the design dashboard. Response times are within business hours, Monday through Friday.

9. Limitation of Liability

SUUR's liability is limited to the amount paid for the current billing period. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Changes to Terms

SUUR reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
