1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using Streak Runner ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. Description of Service
Streak Runner is a running streak tracking application for iOS that helps users build consistent running habits by tracking daily running activity through Apple HealthKit integration.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. By using the App, you represent that you meet this age requirement.
4. User Responsibilities
By using the App, you agree to:
- Use the App only for its intended purpose of tracking running activity
- Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
- Not use the App for any unlawful purpose
- Not interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality
5. HealthKit Integration
The App accesses Apple HealthKit data with your explicit permission. You may revoke this permission at any time through your device's Settings. Without HealthKit access, the App cannot automatically detect running workouts.
6. Premium Subscription
Streak Runner offers optional premium features through auto-renewable subscriptions:
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
- Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
- You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings
- Any unused portion of a free trial period is forfeited upon purchasing a subscription
All subscription payments are processed by Apple. We do not have access to your payment information. For refunds, contact Apple Support directly.
7. Intellectual Property
The App, including its design, code, graphics, and content, is owned by SUUR and protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.
8. Health Disclaimer
Streak Runner is a habit tracking tool, not a medical or fitness advisor. Always consult a healthcare professional before beginning any exercise program. The App does not provide medical advice and should not be used as a substitute for professional guidance. Listen to your body and rest when needed — maintaining a streak should never come at the expense of your health.
9. Limitation of Liability
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SUUR shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data or physical injury resulting from exercise activities.
10. Data and Privacy
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we handle your information.
11. Termination
You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it from your device. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the App for violations of these terms.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Material changes will be communicated through the App or this page.
13. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
