Why isn't my run showing up?+

Make sure HealthKit access is enabled for Streak Runner in Settings > Health > Data Access. Your run must be recorded as a "Running" workout type. Walks, hikes, and other workout types don't count toward your streak.

How do I restore my premium subscription?+

Open Streak Runner, go to Settings, and tap "Restore Purchases." If your subscription is still active, your premium features will be restored automatically.

Can I sync across multiple devices?+

Yes! If you're signed into the same iCloud account, your streak data syncs automatically between your iPhone and other Apple devices.

How do I cancel my subscription?+

Go to Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions on your iPhone. Find Streak Runner and tap "Cancel Subscription." You'll continue to have premium access until the end of your current billing period.

My streak reset incorrectly. Can it be fixed?+

If you ran but your streak reset, check that your run was recorded in Apple Health. If it was, please contact us with the date in question and we'll investigate.
